Any one can see that our red, white and blue country has issues with weight gain and obesety. The USA may be the land of the free and the home of the brave, but we're also overweight. This has got to change in a major way or there isn't going to be any more room for others in this country. That whole issue with the commercial airliners and the seating was a hint if I ever saw one.

Although some folks say that they're annoyed with people like me, I can't help but notice that they do nothing active in their lives. This is their own fault. It's great for your body and confidence. Not to mention it will make you feel so much better and energetic.

Try not to eat to late in the evening - The best thing to do is eat your 3 (or 6) meals a day, but eat them before 4 in the afternoon. This will bring your metabolism into the state it needs to be in to start the fat burning process.
