The other day I was watching television with my wife. She was enjoying one of those make-over shows like she typically does. Personally they're not my thing. However, the woman they were making-over was somewhat overweight. Of course she stated that she loved her body and she was in perfect health, and totally happy with her appearance. This is the sad reality for many individuals.

Now, granted this woman on this show was not that big. She wasn't someone you would pass on the street and think they were obese.
However, her body fat content is key. I would bet money she has over 30 percent body fat. Many people do that don't look very large. The proper actions they should be taking if they wish to start losing weight quickly are cardio, and weight lifting. These fitness routines along with a low fat diet can really aid them in shedding some of that fat and gaining muscle. Muscle is what you want.
